Billing & Subscription Terms

How Billing Works

• EasyEvaluate stays free. You only pay for EasyEvaluate Pro add-ons you select.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly) until you cancel.
• On first subscribe, you are charged immediately for your selected add-ons for the current cycle.
• At each renewal, your saved payment method is charged the full monthly total for active add-ons.
• Prices shown are per month in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

Add-ons & Changes

• You can add new add-ons during an active cycle. You will be asked to confirm before any charge.
• Mid-cycle add-ons are prorated for days left in the current cycle.
• After confirming, payment may take up to 48 hours (some banks). The add-on shows as Processing until then.
• Features unlock only after payment succeeds — not when you click confirm.

Cancellation

• Use Manage subscription to cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices.
• If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period — no further renewals are charged.
• Cancelling does not refund the current period. You keep access until the period ends.

Failed Payments & Support

• If a renewal or add-on charge fails, your subscription may be paused until the payment method is updated.
• While paused, paid add-on features may be unavailable until billing is resolved.
• For billing issues, use Billing history or contact support with your account email.
